Retrospect / Retrothrash Records is a group of professional musicians running a label FOR musicians. We are dedicated to preserving 80s-style Hard Rock and Metal for the fans who have never forgotten what great music is , and the bands who poured their blood and sweat into the greatest decade of Rock N Roll. We are primarily a re-issue label but will consider active bands also. Retrospect Records provides unmatched royalty rates and offers distribution to dozens of countries around the world.
We will accept any unsolicited material - as long as it rocks!
Retrospect Records began in 2003 and , as of July 2007 , has released over 200 albums - many on cd for the first time ever , becoming the largest Hard Rock and Metal re-issue label on the planet.
We'd like to personally thank all the bands for taking a chance and believing in our vision , and the fans for keeping their dreams alive.
